Start Process won't work

description

I am having a problem with the <StartProcess command. I have tried a lot of things and something is wrong. The line giving me troubles in the mcecontrols.commands file is:

<StartProcess Cmd="StartJRiver" File="C:\Program Files (x86)\J River\Media Center 21\Media Center 21.exe\Start />

When I start the MCE Controller this is what I get:

[15-09-09 15:16:12] MCEC: Log file being written to C:\Users\Wayne\AppData\Local\Kindel Systems\MCE Controller\MCEControl.log
[15-09-09 15:16:12] MCEC: Version: 1.8.6.27986
[15-09-09 15:16:12] MCEC: No commands loaded. Error parsing MCEControl.commands file. There is an error in XML document (25, 1). '<', hexadecimal value 0x3C, is an invalid attribute character. Line 25, position 1.
[15-09-09 15:16:12] MCEC: 267 commands available.
[15-09-09 15:16:12] Server: Starting TCP/IP Server on port 5150
[15-09-09 15:16:12] Server: Waiting for a client to connect
[15-09-09 15:16:13] MCEC: You are running the most recent version of MCE Controller.

I can't seem to figure out why the '<' symbol is not parsing correctly. Please help.
