I am having a problem with the <StartProcess command. I have tried a lot of things and something is wrong. The line giving me troubles in the mcecontrols.commands file is:

<StartProcess Cmd="openfootxt" File="notepad.exe foo.txt"/> should cause notepad.exe to open foo.txt.
A workaround is possible: Use a .bat or .cmd file. E.g. Create a notepad.cmd file:
